Football Lab delivers specialised coaching from one dedicated location in Sydney, catering to players across all skill levels, from development through to advanced training.

Sessions: Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 6PM
Age Group: 5 to 16 years
Our Smithfield facility is the home of Football Lab, welcoming young footballers aged 5 to 16 years, from beginners to advanced players. Training sessions are conducted midweek, providing a structured, high-quality environment focused on technical development, tactical understanding, confidence building, and a strong love for the game.
