No Make-Up Days Policy:

Our training sessions always run beyond the standard 60 minutes, ensuring you receive additional value at no extra charge. If you attend sessions regularly, any missed time is compensated through extra minutes we consistently provide or can be made up during that same term on a different training night. This approach simplifies behind-the-scenes logistics and ensures a smooth experience for everyone.

Football Lab Uniform Policy

1. Full Football Lab Uniform:

   
   

   • Wearing the complete Football Lab uniform is compulsory

     for all players during sessions and games.

     
     

2. Underlayers:

   
   

   • Skins or compression garments may be worn under

     the Football Lab uniform.

     
     

3. Non-Football Lab Items:

   
   

   • Jackets, tracksuits, bags, or any other items that are not

     part of the Football Lab brand are strictly prohibited

     
     

4. Goalkeeper Expectations:

   
   

   • Goalkeepers may wear any kit they feel comfortable in,

     provided it is not team-branded.

     
     

   • Any additional items, such as tracksuits, jackets, or bags,

     must adhere to Football Lab banding.

     
     

     Compliance with this policy is essential to maintain

     consistency and team identity

**Player Waiver Form - Football Lab Academy**

I, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Player Waiver Form for participation in football activities organised by Football Lab Academy.

1. **Assumption of Risks:** I am aware that football training and related activities involve physical exertion, movement, and contact that may result in injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in these activities.

   
   

2. **Medical Fitness:** I certify that I am physically fit and able to participate in football training sessions. I will promptly inform the academy of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications that may affect my participation.

   
   

3. **Emergency Medical Treatment:** In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorise Football Lab Academy and its representatives to provide or arrange for medical treatment, including transportation to medical facilities, as deemed necessary.

   
   

4. **Release of Liability:** I release Football Lab Academy, its coaches, trainers, staff, volunteers, and affiliated entities from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising out of my participation in academy activities.

   
   

5. **Photography and Media:** I grant Football Lab Academy permission to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during training sessions for promotional purposes without compensation.

   
   

6. **Code of Conduct:** I agree to follow the academy's code of conduct, which includes respectful behaviour, adherence to safety rules, and cooperation with coaches and staff.

   
   

7. **Parent/Guardian Consent (if under 18):** As the parent/legal guardian of the participant, I hereby consent to their participation in Football Lab Academy activities and acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms of this waiver.
